BIOGRAPHY
Having been trained from a young age Raven debuted at the age of 13 in the UK independent scene and spent years 'paying her dues' by basically being beaten and/or humiliated for the sake of putting others over. Not exactly the career she wanted. But this all changed the day after her 17th birthday.
It started with a booker telling her that, without a gimmick, she might as well give up since nobody will be interested in her. Upset at this Raven broke the script and straight up beat her opponent in under a minute, immediately getting sacked right afterwards without pay and got blacklisted from the British scene. Depressed at this Raven went to drinking...only to drunkenly complete the forms needed, and exchanged the payment required, to officially being knighted at the Principality of Sealand.
To discover herself knight was definitely a surprise when she got sober the next day. Seeing this as a possible idea Raven not only moved to Germany but also decided to adopt a gimmick of a self-proclaimed empress who seeks to build her empire. Instantly a hit across Europe she found herself getting more and more bookings and payment from federations in Germany, France and even Norway.
At the start of 2020 Dame Raven Williams made a new year's resolution to broaden her horizons and has started this by moving to New York and personally approaching Global Combat Championships with the hope of getting a contract and starting a career in MMA.
