Founded in the early 2000's, the Themis Palaestra at Athens is a pankration school headed by Eros Themis. An 8th Dan black belt, the gym was started as a means of Eros passing his knowledge down to his children and other family members. Primarily a family affair, the gym is open to serious competitors wanting to improve in the areas of boxing and wrestling.
Primarily based in Athens, Greece Themis Palaestra does have a small satellite location inside the Astoria neighborhood of Queens. New York
